Great Chocolate Shake / Smoothie Mix!
Makes a great shake or smoothie. You can Mix it with water or take it a bit further and mix it with low fat milk and ice in a good blender. I get tired of taking pills and remembering to take enough fiber, and the DNS is great. They also have the chocolate which I really enjoy.

Solid supplement
I have used this supplement for about a year and love it. It doesn't cause bloating, keeps me full all morning and I feel great when I use it regularly. It's good with just water but better with some fruit blended in.

High quality stuff that WORKS worth the price
When I use this shake every morning my body can tell the difference! I have more energy, my mood is more level, and I don't get that middle of the night snackish feeling. It also tastes amazing and creamy just made with water. No chalky or gritty texture like some of the other ones I've tried. I love this stuff!!

The Energy Boost is what convinced me
Make it thin or thick, for me it's a way to get nutrition and hydration first thing in the morning. I have loads of energy that begun with my first container. I've had no digestive issues. The taste is good compared to some of the other nutritional drinks. I've only tried the Chocolate. I'm doing an experiment on myself...1 container of this then 1 container of AG1. I'll take a day or two off every now and then to have a big delicious nutritious homemade smoothie. Doing that makes it last longer to help mitigate the cost. It's not marketed as a protein powder but rather as nutrition. You can always add a scoop of protein if you want more. For me it beats supplementing with a lot of bottles of individual nutrients. I do still take a D3 + K2 supplement because I've been chronically low.
