It works great but only problem is flexicool technology does not work if temperature is not so hot.. If you feel like temperature is cool outside and you want to turn on flexicool 1 which is .8 ton then you will not be able to do that.. This is the negative part of this ac you guys should know before order.. No one in the company even know about this problem, neither customer care nor technician.

Have been using the air-conditioner for close to a month before writing the review. Installation: Was very quick and a easy process in Chennai. Got the call on same day of delivery and was installed promptly the next day. I opted for the extra tube length of 4m to place my outdoor unit on terrace. The installation guys did a great job and they bought all accessories. Product Usage: The product is very good and cools the room as expected from a 1.5 TON AC. Compared with my previous 1.5 TON product from Bluestar this one take a little bit more time to achieve the same level of chillness. Maybe this is due to the extra 4m copper tube that I have installed. I dont find any major noise concerns and thoroughly enjoy the product. Remote Control: Only issue is the remote control is bit complex to understand. Once you get used to it, then there are no issues. Note : Even when AC is turned off remote control display will be ON. So dont be confused.

I got this 5 star split AC. Since begining his AC was installed and serviced by company technicians. The product started giving troubles. I raised so many complaints that ac water is dropping from indoor unit. Technicians came and try to resolve the issue but the problem reoccur after few days. Company also don't inform about the periodic services needs to be conducted within one year. And I missed one service despite several other complaints I raised. So pls don't buy this product. Due to water leakage my TV also got damaged for which I have to spend 5-6k extra due to their faulty AC and lack of proper service. Now again the AC stopped giving proper cooling after an year. Now I have to pay from my pocket to get this pathetic product work. So pls don't buy this product.

Nice looks, Company provide hassel free installation

One month of using this carrier's 6in1 flexible inverter ac. Cooling is very good in a fast manner. It takes to off ceiling fan of about after 15min when I use in normal cool mode in the room of 150sqft. And it takes around 50 min to cool my hall and kitchen also if I open the room door , which covered total area around 400sqft. That's y I am loving this ac and most of time I use normal mode only with the set temp of 24/23. I use on average 8hours a day with this configuration and my electricity bill is raised by around 1000rs.(8×30=240 hours , 1000/240=4rs per hour consumption.) That I don't know its good or not for you, but for me it's good to spend 4 rs per hour to cool 400sqft That's all I hope it will help to someone to take the decision to buy or not this ac. There is some thing which I don't like is remote control is that it's light on screen works only when you press a button on it only for a sec and immediately the screen goes to blackout so its difficult to use in night. Second is noise level increases when I use on convertible modes. As of now I tried fc1 mode in which fan speed and noise increases compare to normal mode. In normal mode there is not any noise. My recommendation. Buy because of brand value @carriermedia, warranty on pcb, energy effecient 5star, effective cooling.

Very good AC. Almost silent. Value for money, especially after the Bank discount. Durability and after sales service, one would know only with passage of time. One needs to be cautious with the Installation guys. I could sense that the gentleman who had come to install wasn't pleased that I already had the outer unit stand from my old AC on the wall. He said it will have to be shifted to properly install the outer unit, and then, asked for another 250/- for this job, over and above the 1416/- fixed by the company. It wasn't a big amount, but I refused to pay saying that the stand fitting is also included in the charges fixed by the company. He also made me talk to his manager, who also insisted on the extra payment. When I told him the Amazon website doesn't say so, his argument was, that, it is a Carrier product not an Amazon one. Apart from this untoward experience, overall a product I would recommend and also buy again, when I change my other ACs. Fully understanding the complicated remote will need some time. One negative. The temperature display is very bright specially at night.
