Review: Squishy! - I’ve used a lot of different thumb grips over the years of varying quality and never found any I really liked - too rigid, too sharp, too tall, too loose and so on - figured I’d take a gamble on these as I’ve got a new controller that I don’t want the sticks to discolour on. These were absolutely worth it and I’m glad I took a punt! Installation is a tad fiddly because they’re basically made-to-measure, but it means that when they’re on they feel super secure. They fit perfectly on a DualSense and feel really nice to use, offering good grip and a little extra height for those who want it. I really didn’t know how I’d feel about them being squishy but I actually really like it, and having a back-up pair for another pad or later down the line is pretty great considering the quality of these grips. Side note for accessibility purposes: Do bare in mind that if you have smaller hands or RSI these could end up being too tall for you and the extra stretch on your lovely little thumbs might end up uncomfortable.
