Food was cold as if it was just taken from the fridge. Heat the food up for 3 minutes on a 500-watts microwave, but my appetite changed so my food was left to cool down before returning the food back to my lunch bag. The food was still warm.Then around 5:00PM, I checked the food and the ice pack. The inside of the bag is still cold, some of the frozen gel inside the ice pack already melted, around 3/4 of the total size/shape of the ice pack gel melted.This is my first time purchasing ice packs but experience on the product is good since I don't have anything to compare this product with. Hopefully the plastic that is used to house the gel will not get punctured easily.
