Also, as it stands, my gun can tip in the Vees, and in my opinion, the rest would benefit from the addition of a proper clamp. That would make this rest very versatile indeed and the extra price involved need not be prohibitive. Takes the weight of the gun nicely. I have only got one criticism and that is that I think the rear rest would be better if it was U shaped instead of V shaped. Like the Caldwell shooting rest. The V shape allows the butt too much lateral movement.
