### ⭐⭐ Exhaustive but too text heavy.

The descriptions were very detail however, the amount of pictures and visuals were limiting. The photos that were provided were only a simple sketch and seem to now allow kindle users to zoom the photo out.Would advise a different book if available.

I have worked in the industry and recently returned to school to get a Masters in Real Estate Development. This is a great book to give you a broad perspective on construction contracting and management. You can easily get into the weeds with this information and I believe the author does a great job keeping it high level and tangible. Only issue is that my kindle edition does not allow me to see the images...so 4 stars until that is fixed. I would give this 5 stars if it was the hard copy.
