**Q: Anyone know the db of the piezo?**
A: I don't have the equipment to measure the exact sound level, but it is very low.  It could probably be run thru an amp for more volume.

**Q: what are the buttons supposed to do?  seems like they just short it to the highest pitch.**
A: left lowers sensitivity ans right raises it. Both together switches to musical mode

**Q: Does anyone know the specs are on the leds, voltage and how many ma are they**
A: The kit maker makes no mention on the schematic or instructions. There are 4 red LEDs, they are "indicator type" and therefore not high lumens, any standard 20mA Red LED would work.

**Q: Do you need to have soldering equipment to put the kit together?**
A: Yes, you will need soldering equipment to attach the components onto the PCB.
