Sounds like you need some adjustment. Is the whole bench sitting level? **Q: How many boxes does this come in?** A: 4 in total. One massive one, and three small ones with 5 weight plates in each. **Q: What are its dimensions? One of the pictures says 165cm long but the measurements in the description says 130cm. Can anyone confirm which is correct?** A: I have measured from the tip of the rear feet to the hinge of the footplates and it is 165cm with the footplates folded up. With the footplates folded down it is 190cm The 130cm refers to the inside of the base frame at the centre between the front and rear bars **Q: Can you add more plates?** A: I add more weight by lying neoprene dumbbells across the highest bar. People have said it’s a tad difficult to put together but if you follow the instructions step by step carefully and read what it says then you should have no problems, just take your time. If you have space lay the pieces out after taking off the plastic wrappings so you can see what you got. The items are very well packed and you will see that you have a huge amount of packaging to dispose of. Once assembled the DKN7400 is a very solid, well built, well thought out Multi Gym. The quality far exceeds many of the more expensive Multi Gyms on the market. One of the main features is its compactness it fits into a garage gym very well with only a small foot print.
