Review: Brilliant Book - I wish I could give this book more than 5 stars. I'm half Ghanaian through my mother, and have recently started taking more of an interest in cooking Ghanaian food. This book has very easy to follow instructions, gives alternatives of where to source ingredients. I also loved the stories of the two ladies, one of whom my mother says she has met. My mother also loves this book, and she is not a person who is easily pleased. In fact, whenever she is around, I don't even have a look in with this book, as she keeps it to herself.

I wish I could give this book more than 5 stars. I'm half Ghanaian through my mother, and have recently started taking more of an interest in cooking Ghanaian food. This book has very easy to follow instructions, gives alternatives of where to source ingredients. I also loved the stories of the two ladies, one of whom my mother says she has met. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally a book of my favourites

I bought this for a friend’s birthday. She lived it! I did take a peek at some of the recipes and it has me favourites. My mother used to make so many of these while I was growing up, some I have forgotten, and this book reminded me of them. I may be buying this for myself soon.
