I was looking for something that I could take along with me in my travel bag for projects. I have another case which I love to hold all my hooks, but I didn't want to take all of them if I didn't have too. This pencil case is great for all your little project needs, crochet hook, pen/pencil sew scissors markers etc. absolutely great for travel. Like the other one I've had it for over a year and it is still holding up strong and the zipper still works great. The only thing that I don't care for is the price but at the same time it is worth it. I have plans to eventually order another one but I'm trying to keep the amount of working projects to one or two at a time.

Calligraphy artist here. I got bitten by the fountain pen bug lately and am using this case as a travel case for two of my pens. I use it daily for my regular calligraphy practice when traveling. Recently I took it to New Zealand and it fit two of what I’d call mid-sized fountain pens: one Pilot 912 Custom with FA nib and one “frankenpen,” the Osprey Madison Zebra G. It comfortably fit the two pens plus one smaller tube with a spare feed (used an aftermarket ebonite feed on the Pilot but wanted to bring the original just in case since I was trying it for the first time). The case worked great for my light use purposes. I’m not sure how it would stand up to serious abuse, but I basically used it to carry the preciouses to prevent scratching, misplacing, and make sure I could find them, when in the pouch tucking them into a pocket of my backpack. If you’re looking for something positively rugged or waterproof, then this probs isn’t your case, but if you want something for light to moderate use (I’m thinking 95% of buyers would be in this category!), then you’d love this case.

This is the perfect size to fit a couple pens in my purse. It’s a soft leather material with a nice quality zipper. Seems pretty durable and will do the job of making sure my pens don’t open or scratch other items in my purse.

I like it and it is decently made but I wish the zipper worked smoother.

This is small and perfect enough for 3 pens. I have it in my handbag and it is the perfect size. The quality is also quite good.

This is the cheapest, hardest, plastic-feeling “leather” that I’ve EVER felt. It’s actually comical and I feel like it’s maybe fraudulent to use the word leather with this product. And the second time I used the zipper, I realized that I had better not unzip it all the way because it is ALREADY nearly broken and hard to zip! I don’t know what I paid but it was way TOO MUCH!!! Will prob trash it soon!

The quality of this case is slight. It looks and feels like plastic, not leather, and the zipper is rough to open/close. Spend a bit more money and get something nicer.

The case is amazing. Very high quality, deep rich color and strong very nice looking zipper. I was very surprised the quality of this case for this price point, there is plenty room, more than the pictures depict.

Light but limited in space. There is no divider inside and hence the writing instruments do clash inside it.

The product is labelled as leather but it’s really PU leather. Good quality at this price point.
