I have a problem with earrings coming out - even those that are not on a post fitting. These rubber backs are easy to use, I know my earrings aren’t going to fall out. You wouldn’t know they were there either. My only advice would be try them without the earring being in your ear as you may have to force them on. If they are tight, wiggle them around a bit.
