Sourdough bread making
I really prefer this Rice flour to the Doves version (UK) .it's finer and a more whiter flour which is good for making patterns on my bread. It's also good for flouring my fabric liners for my Bannetons to help prevent the dough sticking. Good value and quick delivery. I shall be buying it again . Thanks

Used this to make dango 🍡, and it works well. I haven’t used it for much else but the quality seems to be pretty good, so would recommend and buy again
