Really good item for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐ For some reason did not work but this May have ... *by S***7 on 14 October 2014* For some reason did not work but this May have been more the fault on our DS rather than the battery. ### ⭐ 'Updated' battery, to be avoided *by R***N on 30 May 2018* This product has allegedly been 'updated' by the manufacturer, and is now a 2000mAh battery in different packaging, rather than the well-reviewed 1300mAh one which is described and pictured. Having used it, battery life is as poor as the 7-year old official battery I was looking to replace! Worse than this, there is virtually NO warning when the battery is about to die - the indicator flashes for 10-15 seconds max before the unit powers down, leaving no time to save or find a power source, resulting in a frustrating amount of lost progress. Battery life in 'standby' mode is also woeful, resulting in more of the same. I will be returning to my original battery until I can fins a more suitable replacement.
