I have purchased so called fancier Logitech headphones that broke within a week A N D did not actually mute me when I clicked mute. Imagine working from home with your family at home and a customer actually hearing you yell "shut up I'm on a call!" Terrible. These are cheap and reliable, comfortable and hassle free, the cord is extra long which is so convenient since I am working from my laptop, on WIFI, and probably the best part of all, they MUTE you when they say MUTE. They're SO quiet I've had customer's say "are you there?" even though I wasn't muted and cocomelon was playing in the background. I'd buy these again and again.

Updating Review: Customer service reached out to me and offered a full refund or replacement. I chose the refund as I've already purchased another headset. Based on customer service, I've updated the review to 5 stars. I'll definitely give their products another try in the future. When it works, it's great but it often doesn't work. In the middle of the meeting, it's off and on the entire session. The headset is comfortable and the sound is clear but if it's only working half the time, then it's a pass. I can't return it so it's going to the trash.

My cat chewed off the wire part of my work headphones. Didn’t want to spend a ton of money just for work headphones. This is a very affordable alternative. Works great! Very long wire which allows for you to move away from your desk station. All controls work just fine (mute, volume, etc). I accidentally rolled over the headset a few days ago. Broke the headset itself in half. Still haven’t bought a new one. Just put the two pieces together (I’m cheap when it comes to certain things) and it still works perfectly lol. Using since August 2022.

So I work for a huge household brand name company, from home. One of the biggest portions of our metrics (grading) is that there is no noise in the background while we work. I happen to have a 70lb pitty that has a 300lb bark! Friday while during coaching my beast went on a rampage thanks to a Grubhub order my neighbor was having delivered. I asked my supervisor if she heard him and she said nope not at all, in fact I didn’t even know you had a dog and I’ve listened to all of your calls for the past 2 weeks. These things actually cancel out the noise and I can’t be more grateful! The old pair I had, claimed they did but I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had to say “unfortunately my office has a window and it‘s next to a kennel, sometimes the dogs bark near the fence line, I’m sorry for the interruption”. These are now my official go to headsets and I totally recommend them for anyone who works at home!! They’re super comfy and I also love that both ears have speakers! I hate the half headsets that stupid piece that lays on the side of your head rubs and sometimes causes a bump. Get these I’m telling you soooooo awesome and affordable!

I use this for work 2-3 days wk/8 h day. got it couple wks ago. I wear hearing aids inside canals of ears, so the headphones I had were heavier & compressed my ears, after wearing them during wk for 8 h straight. So my primary focus was light weight & affordability. For the price, these are ok for that purpose--they are lightweight, flexible & not too tight fitting over ears. They may not hold up with lots of wear, but they don't hurt my ears after 8 h wear either.
