Inner Balance Bluetooth Sensor for Android and Apple iOS

This sensor though expensive but its worth buying. Its a life changing experience for me. Heartmath research and freeze frame technique is beyond explanation. We don't realise how our corporate life is effecting our well being, we are always on the go and under pressure. I had been having heart rate on higher side normally in three digits and no matter what I was struggling with sleep , missing heart beats , high blood pressure intermittently. Had been to doctors and we were considering medications. Then I came across HeartMaths, it just resonated with me. I had been trying to practice meditation and relaxation practices from several ancient cultures but had no idea where to start. HeartMaths inner balance sensor , gave me " that starting point " and not only that it made me to use this technique in context of my religious and social practices. Best thing about this sensor is , it gives you "visual feedback "on your hearts response which is amazing. I can actually see for myself that my heart responds to this communication technique that Heartmaths found. My heart rate has gone down and I am in normal range of 60-80's most of the time. Also my blood pressure has come to normal on its own, mood is better , life is happy. I am a happy man once again and everyone around me is noticing this dramatic change me. I am enjoying this investment. UPDATE: I have been using this product with care. Its great however the built quality is very cheap and it's fragile. Considering the price I hope they make a better product build that doesn't cracks or breaks easily.

For something which cost so much and you are going to use daily, I found it looked cheap and flimsy and so it proved as I had ask for a replacement within a month because the ear connectors came apart. Not robust. Have to be very careful how you handle the connecting wires.

I do not begrudge paying high prices for important equipment that works, but my experience is similar to that of others who have bought this product. The performance does not warrant the price. The one I bought worked well for a few months, but then the sensor in the ear clip stopped working. Taking into account the few electronic components in the sensor, and the price being charged for it, the suppliers could have had it made with military grade components that would not break down with a few months of usage.

I have been using this product for about 8 months now. It has been useful to learn about breathing and to help regulate stress. Additionally, useful to learn about coherence. However, the sensor is very delicate, with the rubber surround on the ear piece coming off frequently. Additionally the sensor has now stopped recharging leaving me with a relatively useless item. Not what I would expect from a £159 item. For that reason this has been a very costly experiment. I would suggest moving to EliteHRV as the App is free, and works with a Polar Heart Rate Monitor band for approx. £60. Disappointed in the cheap sensor and the short time it has taken for it to break so that it does not work. Not worth the money for this reason.

Really works well - has improved my meditation practice definitely (and I'm a practicing Buddhist so I am no stranger to meditation). Only complaint is is seems a little fragile and flimsy for such an expensive bit of kit - a bit worried about long term durability.

Great product

The equipment itself and the info generated is 5 star - I’ve been practising various techniques for some time and it’s great to get confirmation that I’m doing it right. Ignore all other reviews that say this equipment doesn’t work - it does. The reason for the 4 stars is really the app - I was hoping for better access to guided meditations and to expand my practice and learn something new - the sound quality on the talks is not great, the app would be greatly improved by guided sessions, even if very basic, similar to headspace. That being said the techniques developed by Heartmath will not only change your life but will change the world - for the better.
