Adjust the light direction by rotating the light head . 3. Adjust the PIR motion sensor and tighten it by using the universal joint 4. Find suitable area to place solar panel in full sunlight without shadows crossing the panel within the wire length from the panel to the light by using mounting bracket and screws. It is recommended to place the panel at a suitable angle towards the sun for maximum exposure. 5. That is not true. It can be adjusted up[ or down but it CAN NOT be adjusted from left to right. That lack of adjustment makes this light nearly impossible to aim the light to the best area. Also the mounting box has very little room to insert the provided screws. We had to make an "engineering" change in order to mount the light. Took about 30 minutes to setup since I had to drill a couple of holes to run the cord outside of the garage for the panel then a couple to mount it. Very bright, lights up my single car garage easily.
