The seal comes off very easily. sooo I would say no. The seal is not very good. **Q: What is its capacity/volume in ml?** A: The 2 top sections are 200mL each. The bottom section is 750 mL. **Q: What are the dimensions of the product?** A: From the Amazon Website: Product Dimensions: 7 x 4.2 x 4.5 inches ; 12 ounces **Q: Why is this categorized as leak-proof if it is not?** A: From my understanding, products are originally categorized by the seller/manufacturer and then that is confirmed or reclassified by workers. I have been using it for few weeks and I haven't have any leaks from the box.
