Easy to use, just pour a scoop into water, shake it and you're good to go, tastes just like tropical fruit juice, smells the same too. The tub isn't too large which is nice, the powder only comes around halfway up the tub which makes it seem empty but it contains 60 servings so potentially two months worth, which for £35 really isn't too bad at all. I assume it helps with workouts, I always find it useful to drink before and during workouts and I have seen a decent amount of muscle mass gained.
