**Q: Will this work on a slanted ceiling (left to right)? Is there a way to adjust it so that when the tv is down, it’s parallel with the floor?**
A: yes

**Q: Does this mount work for Samsung curved 55 inch**
A: I don't know. It works very good with my Samsung 40".This mount shipped with mounting extender for larger TV. But I did 't need it.  Remote control seems lack of responses

**Q: Will this work for an lg 55 inch smart tv?**
A: Yes, I have another one that is mounted to a 55" Toshiba under my patio.

**Q: Does it swivel**
A: does NOT swivel.  One of the other answers shows a gentlemen that built a lazy susan type swivel for his installation.
