When I had a little trouble with assembly they responded to my email after hours on a Saturday. It is possible to install the wheel tubes reversed. pay attention to the orientation of the wheel posts in the assembly video. The front tubes curve forward at the bottom.

The walker in nicely crafted. Easy to assemble and adjust. Service was easy to contact. When I had a little trouble with assembly they responded to my email after hours on a Saturday. Excellent walker! This walker is a game changer. My husband is 5'10" and he no longer walks hunched over with those smaller, traditional walkers. He is able to look ahead of him, not down at the ground. Walker is sturdy and brakes works well. Highly recommend this walker for increased stablility and mobility.
