Like many, I will put it in the bed of my truck and fill it up at a nearby water spigot. Using a pump and two garden hoses, I will fill my camper. Here are some details I figured out while testing it at home. The top (fill) connection is male with a one-inch diameter. The white valve in the front is 3/4-inch female. It actually says 3/4-inch on it. It is not compatible with an American garden hose. I purchased a 3/4" male NPT to 3/4" male GHT adapter. The connection between the adapter and the white valve was not water tight, so I used the included pipe thread tape to tighten it. I added quick connects to it to make the hookup to the pump easier. See the pictures. I don't plan on using an adapter on the top fill connection. I have an old Camco RV Water Tank Filler with Shutoff Valve that I will use to insert into the top.
