    Very easy to use bacon cure and great customer service

It's important to use no more than 500g of meat per sachet for a good cureand to cure it in the oven  on a low temp. Having said all that, this is very easy to use.  The natural cure is a milder cure than the smoked cure.I prefer to cure mine in the oven at as low a heat as [ossible for longer, as I like a stronger tasting bacon.the only downside is that the bacon does not last very long! --  it all gets eaten far too quickly.Not comparable to shop bacon at all.The customer service is also great - I had a reason to contact them and they responded quickly and sorted out the issue I had.Well worth a go!

I loved this kit and bought several over the years… but just received a new kit today and realised that instead of 2kg, the new kit only cures 1kg and the price has increased significantly from the original price too (not even considering the cost per kg). Sadly this will be the last time I purchase it as a result. It was great and I was loyal for several years.

Very easy to use and the taste is pretty good. Not fantastic but not bad either. Will stop you using supermarket bacon for sure.
