I need something small.** A: It is rather large and compares somewhat to the item size. We use it for paper correspondence so that others know the paper does not need to be retained. If some small amount of text is covered it usually is of no consequence. The paper is soon shredded anyway. The electronic scan, with OCR, is in the DMS. **Q: Will this work on the back of pictures? How fast or how well will the ink dry on pictures?** A: No this is not good for pictures. The ink does not dry fast enough, and you can see the ink through the picture. A simple removable dot, or a post-it note would be better for pictures, if you must put a label on them. Or categorize them in a different way, with envelopes or rubber bands or something... this is not the solution for keeping track of which photos are scanned and which are not. Just my opinion. I own the stamp and I just tried it on one of my pictures. It's been two minutes and the ink is still not dry, which means it could ruin anything that's next to it (like another picture!) **Q: How do I fix a sticking / jamming stamp? Never had a problem with older stamps, but two new ones are constantly sticking.** A: Mine sticks/jams and what is happening is the actual rubber stamp is sliding. If you push it back into place it will work for a while, then you get to do it again. Push it down like you are doing a stamp, then with your finger, push the rubber piece that has the "SCANNED" stamp on it over a little. Probably will take a good bit of effort to push it over. A time or two, I have had to almost take mine completely off the stamp and put it back on. You should be able to see which way it needs to go. Guess the glue/adhesive they use isn't very good these days....... **Q: I've used both sides of the stamp, is there any way to refill it with ink liquid or do i just need to buy a new one?** A: I’ve been using this stamp for 18 months. I have not had any issues re inking it myself. I’ve never replaced the pad.
