BEST SOLUTION FOR BREASTFEEDING !!! Leave it for 1 day inside a bowl with water (hydrating them) then cooked in low heat for 2 hours … always check the level of water, don’t let dry. Then once well cooked (the canjica needs to be soft) you add a cup of milk plus condensed milk plus desiccated coconut flakes and a but of cinnamon if you like. You have that (which is delicious btw) and you will have lots of Breastfeeding milk!! It’s unbelievable.
