Review: These are wonderful, very sturdy little paper pans for the air fryer!! Highly recommend! - These work great in the air fryer for the little quiches I make with a tortilla crust!! So good and these are JUST the right size for individual ones!! Use fajita-sized tortillas. The filling is: 3 eggs • 1/4-1/2 cup cottage cheese See notes. • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder • salt and pepper to taste • 12 cup chopped bell peppers • 1 cup chopped spinach (or I sometimes crumble in freeze-dried broccoli) • 1/4 cup diced mushrooms • 3 pieces bacon Cooked and crumbled. • 12 cup grated cheese (I used cheddar and 5-Cheese Ital blend or swiss) (I add half to filling and sprinkle half on top) DIRECTIONS: Preheat air fryer to 350, line one of these with a fajita sized tortilla and then add filling (This makes 2 to 3 individual quiches, depending on additions you use.) Combine filling ingredients well. Divide into tortilla-lined paper "pans". Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 9-15 mins (air fryers differ. Mine takes 9 minutes) These can be held in the hand. They're beautiful and delicious!
