I was worried about having install a cartridge, balance the tone arm and getting everything set up correctly. Victrola has thought this through and makes it very easy to set up thanks to a QR code that takes you to an app you download to your smart phone. The app is great and delivers step by step instructions. Then once you get set up, it's pretty easy to get integrated into your Sonos system. My Sonos system is placed throughout the home and it was fun to hear some of my old vinyl that isn't avail on Spotify or iTunes. This is why I purchased the turntable. While the turntable delivers great sound with my new records, I was super impressed how it handled my older vinyl that has some scratches, warps and pops. Those records played just fine and sounded great despite their age and wear. To me, that is a sign of a good turntable. If you have a record collection that includes several releases that aren't avail on any of the streaming services, then this is a must have.
