I was surprised at the quality of the air mattress it really is very nice. It seemed like I'd never be able to get it back in the bag. I opened it up and started pumping it up. Filling it is easy its just a matter of pumping the built in pump with your foot making sure to lift your foot between pumps so the air can go back in. But I was a little worried it would take forever because it seemed so slow at first. I looked up to ask my kid a question and it was suddenly full. So impressive!Its comfortable too. I'm a very picky sleeper and I can inflate it soft enough for me to sleep on or firm enough for my husband. I wish it was a little lighter so we could backpack with it but it's understandable why a mat this thick and comfortable wouldn't be.And we were also pleasantly surprised when we rolled it up and there was extra space in the bag! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ interesting the way the built in pump works *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 26, 2021* With no instructions for operating the built-in pump it took some trial and error.With seven other guys on a golf trip offering suggestions or to rent their mattress for 50 bucks I was not about to fail getting my brand new mattress inflated. It seemed like I needed some type of seal at the pump to force the air in. Then I noticed the foot graphic on the built-in pump was a bare foot. Guess what, the seal created by a bare foot worked great to force air in then allow air to refill the foam for the next pump. Once inflated the mattress was great. Just the right balance of cushion and support.
