Review: Great frame - Okay first of all the frame is great been looking for a frame that’s suitable for sofa & I found this one great But the screws that come with this frame are rubbish they do not tighten up or anything so ended up buying some other ones to replace Which have worked how they should Apart from that it does the job & I can now sit comfortable on sofa doing what I love
Review: Rubbish - no grip and fabric stays loose - Easy to assemble, but useless. The slotted rods don’t grip the fabric and even when you try to wind it tighter, the fabric is too loose. Also half the winged nuts just slide over the bolts and had to purchase my own.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I have this frame but I can't figure out how to get my fabric to stay tight.**
A: Try using twill tape. Staple one side of twill to the wooden frame. Then, sew the fabric along the "V" of the tape to hold the fabric in place.

**Q: How tall is in inches?**
A: The stand is 14 inches from the bottom. However, it is adjustable and the actual scroll can be adjusted down an inch, 3 inches and 5 inches. Hope that helps.

**Q: Has anyone tried this with Edmunds' Handi Clamp product?**
A: Yes, and I love it. No leaning forward. it brings your work to you. The material stays in place. I couldn't cross stitch without it.

**Q: How tall is this stand off the ground?**
A: This stand does not sit on the ground. As the package says... its a "table" and "lap" stand.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great frame

Okay first of all the frame is great been looking for a frame that’s suitable for sofa & I found this one great But the screws that come with this frame are rubbish they do not tighten up or anything so ended up buying some other ones to replace Which have worked how they should Apart from that it does the job & I can now sit comfortable on sofa doing what I love

### ⭐ Rubbish - no grip and fabric stays loose
*by H***H on 19 January 2021*

Easy to assemble, but useless. The slotted rods don’t grip the fabric and even when you try to wind it tighter, the fabric is too loose. Also half the winged nuts just slide over the bolts and had to purchase my own.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Frame excellent, safe and easy to use. Stand can be improved.
*by B***A on 4 June 2021*

The Frame itself is the safest one I have found, and easy to use, I don't get on with the frames that you have to clip on. The Stand is a nice shape, but, it is on the weak side because there was no washers or wooden spacers on it for the Wing nuts to grip on to properly, keeps coming undone, had to buy some washers. If it had those it would be great!. I bought a stand that had the wooden Spacers and washers on from somewhere else, it was great, but unfortunately couldn't swap stands over as the bolts on that one didn't fit the holes in the frame of this one, trying to manage with it as I do like the Frame.
