It's not fantastic quality but it's not poor quality either. The silver colour is just a sticker, not platic built into the pieces. My husband and I twisted it multiple times until it was a jumbled mess, expecting him to be fairly challenged, however we received a photo of it back in its original cube form not 24 hours later.
