HOWEVER-- do not use it for bulletproof coffee. That's what I purchased it for.Aaand the very first time I put it in my coffee yesterday I ended up with LITERAL SCRAMBLED EGGS IN MY COFFEE. The taste was fine, but apparently you cannot put it in hot liquids like it says. I will try it with almond/coconut/cashew milk, see how that is for a meal replacement, and then also try it with straight water, which is how I like my protein shakes usually, and then update. I did deduct a star because I was really hoping for a convenient mix for BPC.Update: So, I brought some of this to work in a blender bottle and shook it up with plain water. It was a mild, buttery vanilla flavor. Enjoyable! Just wish it could be blended in BPC. But definitely good for meal replacements with cold water. I've repurchased, at a better deal than my original purchase (BOGO). That makes it a great price! I was nauseated when I drunk it and my aversions during this trimester are a BEAST!!! The price is great for this size (right at 3lbs). When I opened the container the smell threw me off but my senses are ridiculous right now anyway. I only took half a scoop with 4oz of water. Put it in the shaker and shook it. Blended perfectly, no clumps!!! And the taste😍😍😍😍 so true to flavor. Not super sweet and it doesn't have that protein powder "taste". It tastes just like vanilla cake. I was so pleasantly surprised it didn't taste like it smells.
