what is the weight resistance for each band?

From the Spri website Yellow +/- 10lbs Green +/- 20lbs Red +/- 30lbs Blue +/- 40lbs Purple +/- 50lbs

what should a beginner use?

The Red (Medium) resistance band should be fine for beginners. You can always adjust the weight by how you stand on the band.

Does anyone know if these are made out of latex?

all rubbers are made out of latex. SPRI says it is made out of Tuff-Tube which I believe is made out of rubber.

Will these resistance bands help me get stronger just got through with chemo

I would certainly talk to your oncologist about resistance training after chemo. Your doctor might also be able to give you some pointers on how often to exercise and how know when to increase the amount of resistance as you get stronger. That said, these bands are capable of starting you off at a very low level. They let you increase the resistance as appropriate without a large investment. (Just step on the band with both feet. Place them wider apart until you need the next stronger band.)

Good Quality Tubing

The product was made of high quality tubing with a door attachment. It was convenient to use for common exercise positions. There is only one band (green band) within the box.

Buen precio y producto. Funciona tanto para mujeres como para hombres. Puede fijarse a un mueble o una puerta cuando necesitas manipularla con un solo pie.

Elastic good. Handle grip good but a bit small in diameter. Overall no real complaints for price.
