I have been working out for some time so I gave it a fairly strenuous test; which it passed with flying colours. I have used other ropes and pushup discs before like the 'perfect pushup' etc, the ones provided in this pack more than meet the market standards. However, I have never used an ab roller before and have always been quite skeptical on whether it's really that effective. I can now firmly say I am a full supporter of the ab roller, I absolutely loved it! It works great and feels amazing, also, your little tip on changing the angle is great, you can really feel the different muscles being worked as you adjust your position. All in all if you were to ask me out of 100, I really would give this 100! As stated it really is great for any body, form beginner to expert, and by the looks of it, it's perfect to carry round as all items fit neatly in the box, so for me, I will be taking this to work as well as home. Ab wheel feels sturdy and well built, although one of the side grips you need to put on when you get it was bent out of shape (probably during delivery) which made it a bit of a chore to attach at the beginning, the push up handles are good, and the rope seems fairly standard have bought similar quality ropes by themselves in the past for less than a fiver ...
