Also, try and doublecheck which brand are thy sending because when I bought them online the picture showed a box of otosan and when I got them home it was a cheaper version made in different materials: rougher and harder. And sadly, not as efficient! Definitely get someone else to help you as the flame is about 6 inches long and you have to kept your head flat. That considering they're very safe with the inclusion of a flame break and drip guard. Not as good as getting it done at a spa or the doctors but it certainly made a difference. I was having to go to the doctors at least twice a year for irrigation, now i can just use these.
