Sleepy Nights & Fresh Mornings

Have used this for a few nights before bed, and I have to say that I slept well those nights, with limited or zero interruptions or wake ups! The ingredients are all natural, which I prefer. There are no side effects. Comes with a measuring cup, so it is easy to pour a little bit in some water and drink it, so that helps me stay hydrated, which is a bonus! The taste is a bit strong, but I don’t mind it at all. If you have any trouble sleeping, I would highly recommend this all natural formula. The kick ass brand is to be trusted. I also use their kick ass immune, and whenever I’m feeling a bit under the weather, I take it several times a day, which helps ease and avoid potential illness.

I am a hard-core insomniac, having first suffered from middle-of-the-night wakefulness when I was seven years old. (My parents were not sympathetic, which only made it worse.) Over the years I have experimented with pretty much everything, from melatonin to meditation, limited screen time and special blue light glasses, soothing teas and boring books. 4-7-8 breathing? Nice concept, helps me relax, but sleep, no way. Prescription sleeping aids don't appeal to me for a number of reasons. I have tried other WishGarden herbs -- the sampler kits are great if you can find one that meets your needs -- and the Sleepy Nights is my favorite. When I'm up at 3 am (hello darkness, my old friend) I can grab a glass of water and the Sleepy Nights, and a few sips later I'm ready to head back to bed. Does it taste amazing? No, it tastes kind of medicinal in an herbal way. But the taste isn't bad, not nearly nasty enough for me to consider adding chocolate to the routine. Sleepy Nights may not work for everyone. It doesn't always work for me, but 90%+ of the time it's effective, and I prefer it to everything else in my insomniac arsenal.

I love this stuff! I just wish it came with a dropper with the 4 oz as I prefer to buy all my tinctures in 4 oz. It helps with mild headaches as well. My thoughts don't spiral as much when I take this, and I love the simple few ingredients. The taste is also pretty good in a few oz of water - wish garden has super tasty herbs with their alcohol/glycerin ratio!

this really does help with getting to sleep and returning to sleep after a wake-up. BEST FOR ME IF I put the dropperfuls into hot water to dissipate the alcohol. Although it is one of the last ingredients, I , who could never drink any alcohol my entire adult life, find I don't like it and anyone recovering from alcohol addictions would have to find a non alcohol version. I would prefer a non-alcohol version myself.

Love there products. They really do work! I was expecting a horrible taste but it’s not bad at all!!

Being postpartum i dont sleep fully through the night due to my little, but i believe this helps me fall asleep faster and not have so many night wakes even without my son waking me.

I bought this based on reviews about using it to get back to sleep as I have no problem falling asleep but wake up a few hours later and cannot fall back asleep. I have tried all kinds of otc sleep aids to no avail. Since this one said fall asleep or get back to sleep I thought I might as well try it. I saw negative reviews based on the taste but that wouldn't matter if it actually worked! It did absolutely nothing for me. I have tried it now 5 times and even took a double dose last time, with no results. It states that if you don't fall asleep within 10-15mins take another dose up to 4X but that's ridiculous, not only does it require measuring the stuff and mixing it with water but the measuring cup that comes with it is so dark colored that you cannot even see the measurement on the side, especially at night. So having to get up to measure this stuff out and then add water and go back to bed is crazy if you have to do this every 10-15 mins. more than once! And like I said it did absolutely nothing for me at all, total waste of money! Oh and it doesn't taste very good either.
