PJ you still have to do the work.
It works great, little tougher than it looks, but works the abs quite well. Easy to put together and stores without taking up much room.

Es pequeño
El producto se ve de calidad, pero es pequeño para personas por debajo de 1.70 m es utilizable , la imagen del producto con la dama es engañosa asimple vista.

Worth it!
This is really nice! It’s sturdy, easy to use and folds up for out of the way if needed. Assembly is just a couple of screws and it’s fairly lightweight. I started with too many reps, I was far too excited to get started. I’m feeling it!! 😁 It’s worth the price, I recommend it!
