I was worried about using it in the garage as it’s attached to the house but no issues here. The kinda of one you pump to gain pressure. **Q: Is this safe for use on rubber and plastic?** A: I've been using this for years to clean my motorbike, but I must admit I only use it on the metal bits. I wouldn't be worrying to much about it dripping on rubber/plastic for example if it gets on your tires etc, it wont melt them, but I do spray the bike down after with water.
