I’m really happy with the AGARO Regency Multipurpose Kettle. The 1.2L capacity is perfect for everyday use, and the steamer is a really useful addition. I can use it for boiling water, making tea, preparing noodles, steaming vegetables, and other quick meals. The kettle heats up quickly and is easy to use and clean. The build quality also feels good for the price. It’s compact, convenient, and doesn’t take up much space in the kitchen. Overall, a very useful appliance for daily use. Definitely recommended!

So far, the experience has been great. It's ideal for small families and for preparing small quantities of food. Boiling eggs is much faster than cooking them on a stovetop. Steaming is even and consistent, while during cooking, a small amount of food may stick to the bottom, which is fairly common. Overall, it significantly reduces cooking time compared to traditional stovetop cooking. I would definitely recommend this product despite a few minor flaws, as they are easy to overlook. The customer service is excellent and responds promptly to resolve any issues. My unit had a breakdown, and the support team handled it quickly by replacing it with a brand-new product without any hassle.

Product was good and it will be worth the money. The one which we got was damaged and we had to replace it with Agaro team which they helped and gave as a brand new product.

Update - Agaro customer care helped me and replaceed the product, so I'm changing from 1star to 4 Star I was fan Agaro products until I used this multi cooker. This product quality is very bad, Initially my MCB kept tripping while I use the product in 2nd heat position now its bottom is burned. I'm looking forward for a replacement. I will update my customer care experience with Agaro here

If negative rating was there, i would be using that, I never got disappointed with any other products from Amazon than this product. I lost my money and also I lost my belief in this brand. After using only one week the base part got melted and sticked to the vessel part and made a hole in the vessel , and stopped working. Very very disappointed.

Inspite of replacement still the assembly is not proper I don't know what's the issue, and there's no help to reach out, the base rim is not properly sealed the lid doesn't fit on the steamer
