Unwind and Recover

I'll just start by saying, despite being incredibly healthy and full of goodness, this stuff tastes brilliant. I am used to eating natural foods, but even I was surprised to find it tasted almost like hot chocolate, only without all of the nasties and junk! I'm a bit of a 'Productivity' and 'Life Hack' guy and after drinking one cup of this blend a night, I definitely notice that fall asleep faster, wake up feeling more rested and start the day with an additional bit of focus than normal! My girlfriend doesn't spend half as much time as I do researching this stuff, but even she felt a noticeable difference in her mood after a few nights of Sixways Unwind + Recover Blend. If you're on the fence, I'd 100% recommend giving this a try, as it's now a daily staple of mine 💯

I love the calming effects and have been using a different brand (coffee flavoured). Thought I'd give a hot chocolate version a try, sadly this is not for me at all it tastes like sadness.... an awful artificial sweet taste with a horrible aftertaste of mud... Maybe if you like things so sweet your eyes pop this might be OK but for me I don't think I can actually swallow it - expensive bin fodder.

Tastes veryyyy earthy, but more importantly be careful and read the ingredients. I immediately found something that interacted with my medication so I had to give it away.

I'm absolutely in love with this product! I was having a hard time with my sleep hygiene until I discovered it. I must say, it tastes great, and I felt so relaxed and had a wonderful night's sleep! The only downside is that it's a bit pricey for the size of the package

Bought this and another of the Sixways mushroom powders. Use the unwind just before bed and have noticed a real difference in my sleep quality. Tastes like a healthy hot chocolate, i really like it.

Don’t waste your money this honestly tasted disgusting and didn’t help me sleep at all…. It’s revolting IMO 🤮

I really like the chocolate flavour of Unwind and Recover from Sixways, there is also a slight hint of liquorice left in my mouth afterwards, but this is only slight. I have tried the powder stirred into cold water and cold milk. I find the powder dissolves quicker and more efficiently in water, but I must admit I preferred it in milk. Not that its unpleasant in water, but it is just my preference. There is a clever combination of ingredients within a packet of Unwind and Recover. Firstly, Ashwagandha is said to contain chemicals that may help relax the brain, reduce swelling and helps lower blood pressure. Reishi is a mushroom which may have some benefit to the immune system (however, scientific evidence is needed to support this). Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nerve function, blood glucose control, and blood pressure regulation, whilst Vitamins C and Zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system... thus protecting cells from oxidation stress. So, combined, the ingredients in this pack help keep the body healthy, especially promoting a good night’s sleep, during which the body repairs itself, and which is important to maintain our health and vitality throughout the day. The daily recovery formula contains no gluten and is suitable for vegans, which is important to myself.

Didn’t make any difference to my sleep or feeling better just a horrible taste to go to bed on (mushroom breath!) not very nice sadly
