I'm glad I was able to snag this on desertcart as Jandy has pulled back from online sales and only offers sales now thru Authorized Pool Suppliers and Installers. I hate this as Pool Equipment is already GROSSLY overpriced and by requiring you to go thru an authorized seller it will now just tack on even more markup. If you are familiar with wiring and basic electronics you can definitely install this yourself as it's not that hard. It took me about 2 days as I had to run wire to my pool and spa light switches in the garage to wire them into one of the AUX relays in the panel. Take our time on the install and double check all your connections, but all in all it was pretty straight forward. The only complaint I have is the Jandy APP is pretty poor and looks like kindergartner's designed it and doesn't give you much control and you still have to go to the WEB version to get all the functions. They definitely need to overhaul the app and update the GUI. Review: Just Get It - I bought this item in August 2016 for $815. After 10 months in operation, it's time to write a review. The installation was done by my pool guy, so for me, it was super easy! Ha. Operation is a breeze. We downloaded the iAquaLink app to my Android phone, my wife's Android phone, the house iPad, etc. It works all the time, every time. Easy to use app allows you to control the filter pump, the heater on/off, the heater temperature settings, etc. With the touch of a button, we're able to turn on/off the air blower to the spa. The button for "Spa Mode" works as you'd hope: changes the water flow to go directly to the spa only, initiates Spa Temperature on the heater, turns on air blower....all with one button! Ahhh. The app and website show air temperature and water temperature. All of the controls I need are right here. I never touch the physical heater. I never need to touch the pumps, or manually need to divert water with the levers. This guy does it all. As far as some review mentioning the wifi dropping? Not an issue at all in my house. My wifi is super solid, even out as far as the location of the wifi receiver from the Polaris unit. As far as some reviews mentioning unreliable scheduling? I've never had an issue with schedules. My unit turns on and turns off every single day, as scheduled, without ever any glitches. Works perfectly. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Four stars only, though. We're 10 months in and now it's time to replace a water temperature sensor. After 1 year, the cleaner does not reach the pool edge so you have to pull the cleaner out of the pool with the line. Pool cleaner is not good.
