No USB MIDI cable or interface can do that. There are several reasons, but it is just impossible. Sorry. **Q: The port on my keytars broke. Can I use this to power my keytar? It has the midi in and out ports.** A: If the USB port on your keytars broke, U2MIDI Pro will not help. You cannot use MIDI Port to power the keytars, it is only for MIDI transmission.
