They shipped very quickly which was awesome, but when I got notification that they would be arriving today while I was away from the house for 12 hours I became alarmed because that meant this chocolate would be sitting out in the 100 degree St.Louis sun for many hours. I had resigned myself to the fact that I would arrive home to a bag of chocolate soup. To my surprise and delight when I got home I found the package in my mailbox with a sticker "keep away from heat" and when I opened the USPS envelope, I found the chocolate wrapped in butcher paper with an ice pack, all within a foil cooling pouch. Now the ice pack was melted and 25% of the chocolate was melted--but that's only because I was gone for so long. The seller really did everything they could to ensure I got my product intact and I appreciate that. Because of the sellers efforts, I will be able to salvage enough to make the perfect accents on my son's cake! P.S. I put them right in the freezer and I just pulled out some of the previously melted, deformed ones and tasted them...not bad, they taste like sixlets.
