Ingredients Wheat Flour 95.3%, Seasoning (Salt, Corn Starch, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Peper), Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder (Acidity Regulators (E500, E450, E341), Corn Starch, Emulsifier (E470a)), Glutinous Rice, Thickener(E415), Colour(E101(I)). Directions 1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients well. 2. Add water and mix until smooth. 3. Heat a non-stick pan and add the batter. 4. Cook for about 3 minutes or until golden-brown.

**Q: What do u add to make it a batter?**
A: I tend to just add plain water to the pancake mix and adjust to how thick you want it :)

**Q: Does this product have instructions in English?**
A: No it does not. When using it i take three quarters a cup of milk and an egg, then slowly add a cup and a half of the pancake mix. Hope that helps.
