I recently decorated by bedroom & had to cover them up. I used a craft drill with attachments to cut (you MUST wear a facemask - I actually wore 2 masks & all my face was white apart from my mouth & nose area!). I stuck them onto the wall with No Nails, covered in lining paper & then attached my wallpaper over the top using strong wallpaper paste. It's only been a few weeks with heating on & off as it's Winter and so far so good! Unless you are very skilled with your cutting you will need a little caulk for gaps, once painted it looks great.
