They can be mixed but used on virgin light brown to dark blonde hair with a 30 volume or 40 volume peroxide **Q: Hi whats the the mix ratio? And best developer 30/40a aslo with it being a silver shade its less likely to leave that brass effect ? Is this right** A: 30 vol shouldnt be brassy but will depend on how dark your own hair is and whether you are touching up roots or doing a whole head **Q: Can I use this a toner after pre lightning with bleach hair?** A: No. This is a high lift professional colour. If you need a toner use a wash in colour like clairol or wella. The over the shelf boved ones are not as strong. This one isn't really suitable to use after beaching. Ex hairdresser. **Q: Is this 1 part tint 2 parts 40vol?** A: So if you use 30 ml of tint “1/2 tube you use 45 mls of peroxide.
