Does it get smelly like a regular sponge?

No, not at all! You can put them in dishwasher if desired. I LOVE mine.

Is this pink on one side and white on the other? Thats what i want

Yes. It has the pink on one side and the awesome white sponge on the other.

About how long do these last? One week, one month??

Months, however I suggest changing them after 4-5 weeks. They get dirty like all sponges.
