It doesn't respond to eject button on my iMac keyboard, but I can eject it using iTunes or iDvd player. Also the provided usb3 cable seemed to unplug easy so i replaced it.Besides the above it works fine and does what the seller claims.U P D A T E ! ! !Not good for iMac buy something else.
