A: I don't know a toorunM26 is.   The ear replacement fits, and standard ear piece.  I love them as it doesn't hurt the ear, like other plastic pieces.

A: Hello, this ear hook works with most  branded classic earpiece which is structured with a neck(like the image showed). The model you mentioned is not found in Amazon, but if it is structured like other classic earpiece, with the diameter of the neck is 6-8mm, then the earhook will fit.

**Q: Does this product fit the Motorola HK385 headset securely?**
A: FYI , I measured the old earpiece, a HK385 , this will fit perfectly
