However, the description of the items says "4 Count - Pack of 24 (96 Total Wipes)". The description is misleading and the price per wipe is represents 96 wipes. Based on 24 wipes, the price per wipe is much more than $0.21 each. **Q: is there an expiration date?** A: There is no expiration date on the each 12 individual-wipe boxes nor on the individual packets. **Q: Are the plastic pouches (of 4 each) easy to open?** A: Yes, they are very easy to open at either end. I wouldn't go anywhere without them in my purse. I also use them for stubborn stains in the laundry. Work as well if not better than Shout spray. **Q: Do these contain bleach? I’ve read reviews stating it bleached an item. Tide states they do not have bleach in theirs, but I didn’t read it here.** A: They have the same ingredients as in the bottled Shout.
