Keep in mind at higher speeds, it’s harder to hear through the headphones, but that’s just gonna happen when you’re hearing wind pressure at high speeds **Q: Does it work with a Bluetooth helmets already installed or do I have to replace it with its own speaker and microphone** A: Hi No, is not work with any bluetooth System. Improved sound, updated software, incredible support!After only two weeks of owning this unit, I messed up and dropped it while riding ( I didn’t clip it all the way down in the mount, my fault). For another two weeks I hunted high and low to find it as by the time I got back to the area it came off, someone found it. Needless to say I got it back miraculously after finding someone online trying to sell it. Yes, I must have a horseshoe up my ass. It was a little scratched up but turned on. It took a hard hit, but did not break or crack.I was astounded, but my combiner mirror was damaged. I promptly messaged support in hopes they would sell me a new combiner (after all it was my fault), but they would not! They WOULD, however, send me one for FREE instead!!! WHAT?!A week later the rains came and I had my first experience riding with the NUVIZ in the rain. It was all good in the hood till a day later the screen had a discoloration to it. I noticed some condensation in the camera and the screen started to flicker! Oh snap. The fall must have opened up some little crack and let some water in. I was devistated!!Let me tell you, I was not thrilled to find that I had NOT added the warranty coverage Amazon offers for this little gem... a huge mistake on my part and a falling feeling began in my stomach.In my duress, I sent an email to support... a literal plea for salvation of this new paperweight I had purchased. I couldn’t believe what their reply was...“Hi Justin, sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your NUVIZ!I've attached a FedEx return shipping label for you to bring to your nearest FedEx location along with your device. I have a replacement unit ready for you, so as soon as your old one gets here I'll get it in the mail for you.”Attached was also a shipping label! I didn’t even have to pay to return it or get it back!!!!Listen, you don’t get service like this anymore ANYWHERE!! Everything about it was amazing and incredibly handy for bikers. It was easy to use and offered a simple add-on HUD solution for most existing helmets.And then the system simply stopped being supported. I can't even post a route anymore to use the GPS navigation, which for me was the primary purpose. The company hasn't responded to my emails. Parts of the web page don't always load. My profile is glitched. The application itself constantly glitches even after doing several fresh reinstalls.This was an amazing product that did a double backflip into a fiery pit of despair. I suspect they went out of business. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing customer service *by P***X on October 27, 2018* Information view is great, lifetime map updates, mildly shock prone, and audio isn't the greatest. I was rear ended by a drunk driver at a red light, and the unit came off the helmet mount. I was fine, bike was totaled. 6 months later, finally got a replacement bike, first ride since the accident, I find that closing my lid causes a reset. I happen to live in Southern California, so I took my unit back to Nuviz main office in San Diego and explain what happened. They took my old unit and handed me a new one, including my surprisingly undamaged combiner and my original battery, even though my original purchase was just over a year ago. So, although there's no phone number to call, their customer service is exceptional.
