They also did not irritate my skin. I have showered with them and they stayed intact for the most part. The time it didn’t was when I tested one I had on my arm for almost the time limit, and even then just the edges were not adhered. I’ve worked out in them just fine. I don’t even remember they are on until it’s time to change. Honestly, for the price, if once in a while you need two a day it’s still worth it. They seem to work really quick too. Mind you, they are not magic. I am still fighting the oral fixation urges. But I am not missing the nicotine rush. Also, I really like that unlike RiteAid ones, which discourage cutting them in half because the nicotine apparently isn't distributed evenly throughout the patch (likely just a lie to ensure people continue paying the same amount for steps 2 and 3), this one actually is perforated down the middle to make cutting them in half easy. Comfort: These are far more comfortable, far smaller, far less conspicuous, and stay on far better. Also, the RiteAid ones started to give me a rash after a few days. Craving control: I've personally found these more effective at controlling my cravings, although that may just be due to my cravings naturally lessening over time since i started using these after the RiteAid ones. While using the RiteAid ones I was able to cut down from 10-15 a day to 4-6 cigarettes a day. Using these I've come down to one cigarette a week!
